Carini Dick is a Brazilian-trained dental professional and entrepreneur with 14 years of experience in dentistry, with a strong background in pediatric care and supporting children with special healthcare needs, including autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, and developmental or behavioral challenges.
Throughout her career in Brazil, she developed a passion for creating welcoming, compassionate, and inclusive dental experiences, recognizing the importance of well-prepared teams in building trust with children and their families.
Inspired by this experience, Carini founded SmileCare Kids Solutions to bring a new approach to dental team education and professional development in the United States.
As Founder and CEO, she focuses on developing nonclinical training programs, fostering partnerships with dental practices, and supporting workforce development through the SmileCare Talent Network.
Her vision is to empower dental teams with the knowledge, confidence, and communication skills needed to create more inclusive environments, while connecting trained professionals with new career opportunities.
